Quiche

I was never really big fan of quiche, but I've grown to love it and now it's one of my favorite things.

I made my first one back in December for Christmas, but I've been making 1 a week for awhile now, lol!!

Your ingredients:

Crack 3 eggs into your bowl:

Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (optional, but I like it):

Add your half/half, milk..whatever you prefer! (I used a full cup of Half&Half this time, since I was out of milk. I usually do half of each.

Pour in your flour.

Mix it all up:

Prepare your pie crust.

Cook your bacon and crumble it up.

Add 3/4th's of your cheese to the bottom of the crust (I sprinkled some more Italian seasoning too).

Pour in your batter.

Add in your bacon and other toppings if you like. I usually use spinach too, but I was out this time.

Sprinkle on your remaining cheese.

Mmm, fresh out of the oven!!!

Tasted yummy!!

Pour 3/4 cup cheese in bottom of pie crust, pour in your filling, top with the bacon, and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
